What we do: We are a Financial Consulting Firm.  We place your loan application with lenders who will have a higher probability of approving and funding your loan request, for any worthwhile business purpose.  We have access to lenders nationwide, many of whom will specialize in your industry, so your loan application will be evaluated by people who understand your business.  This is a valuable feature, since in many cases most local banks and credit unions have much stricter regulatory and lending criteria and may not fund a much needed loan request.  The lenders we have access to in our network are all nationally recognized institutions, and are more business friendly, especially in today’s tough economy.  This relationship helps businesses grow and create jobs in their local community.

What we do not do:  We do not lend money, we do not negotiate loans, we do not collect bad debts, nor get involved with credit checks, or approve or disapprove loans.
